STATUS: Piki is available !
She is spayed and will be ready to go the first week of February!

Piki (PEE kee) is a Hawaiian name meaning Brilliant and Famous.
This little chocolate tortie has the most coat of the three torties, and, while there is a chance she might be a brush coat, I believe she will be a Chamois (flock) coated Peterbald adult.
She was the first kitten born in this litter, and the first to open her eyes

From all of my past experience, I would say that she will be a chamois coat adult. However, this line (on dad's side) is new to me, and Piki's dad actually put on some coat. If you are completely against the idea of owning a brush coated Peterbald, then Piki might not be the one for you. Her coat could really go either way!
Piki is extremely sweet and smart. She is into everything, and very tenacious. Piki loves to lay on your lap and just look into your face to see what you are thinking, and loves being talked to.
She could adjust to being an only kitty, but I think that she'd really do wonderfully as a companion to another kitty in the home.

OK, I left most of Piki's photos LARGE this week, so that you can see her coat well.
I have gotten several questions about exactly what this little Peterbald kitten's coat is like right now, and I thought it best if you can just see for yourself :)

BUT - this will mean that these photos will take a little longer to load once you click on them.
Thanks for your patience!

OK, I only can get one of the babies updated before I head out of town for the weekend... Sorry for that, but at least I got one up!
The rest will be updated Sunday!

I picked the little lady who I felt was least cooperative last week, so Piki is the lucky lady!

Piki is much darked chocolate and lower red than her (peterbald) sisters.
At this stage, she has the heaviest coat of the three torties.

The typical development of the profiles in this line are just like this -
a (sometimes deep) 'dip' from around 2 to 8 weeks, but it will straighten out as their head continues to lengthen.
